Zielsetzung / Objectifs
Knowledge
Participants know:
- the role of (internal and external) facilitators as well as associated challenges
- how mission, objectives and group size influence the choice of the methods
- the role of the preparation
- methods for the start of a training or workshop
- different methods and apps for small and large groups to acquire and retain knowledge
- in case of interest: methods for creative processes and for taking decisions efficiently in a group
- how to cope with challenging situations
- exchange with other participants about proven methods and approaches
- ideas and hints for your own trainings or workshops.
Competencies
Participants are able:
- to reflect their own facilitation techniques and practice
- to choose corresponding facilitation techniques
- to facilitate interactively on site and online
- to sum up and present results efficiently
- to share their own ideas and experience.
Attitude
Participants will:
- reflect their own role
- reflect their facilitation practice
- exchange with other participants about their experience and "best practice"/their preferred methods
- get to know different facilitation techniques
- are open to share facilitation techniques with other participants.
Inhalt / Contenu
During this seminar, you get to know and try out different facilitation techniques (face-to-face and online). Moreover, we will have a look at challenging situations and how you can deal with them. There is also enough space to get concrete ideas for your own next facilitation situations.

The MS Teams training requires a Microsoft Teams connection, a microphone and a camera to attend the course (PC or laptop, no iPad or smartphone).
