- how to give feedback in a calm and considered manner
- active listening for advanced learners
- practical hints and ideas for your own communication situations.

Inhalt / Contenu
This seminar focuses on communication and its different facets. You will learn more about communication in different contexts and with different target groups. Moreover, we will have a closer look at communication situations that you perceive as difficult and how you can deal with them. One focus is on giving feedback to different target groups. Short theoretical inputs are combined with practical exercises.
