Zielsetzung / Objectifs
Knowledge
Participants know:
- different mindfulness techniques that we practice together and that can easily be done at home
- their own sources of stress
- stress reactions in the body as well as their consequences
- tools how to cope with stress, worries and strains
- tools how to cope with difficult thoughts
- different tools to cope with stress symptoms
- challenges other participants are facing in these times
- how other participants cope with challenging situations
- mindfulness and its use in challenging times
- the role of self-management
- possible transfer in the school context
Skills
Participants are able to:
- reflect their own behaviour
- exchange with other participants in an open and constructive way
- develop ideas and solutions together
- better cope with anxieties and stressful situations
- better cope with difficult thoughts
- use the mindfulness techniques in everyday life and in the professional environment
- use stress coping techniques
- activate their resources
Attitude
Participants:
- reflect their own behaviour and learn new ones
- use their expertise and develop it further
- exchange with other participants about current challenges
- develop solutions for experienced challenges
- are ready to practice on their own between the sessions
Inhalt / Contenu
This seminar allows you to better cope with challenging and stressful situations. Based on mindfulness and stress coping techniques you get to know different approaches and tools. Together, we practice different forms of meditation and progressive muscle relaxation. Another aspect ist the potential use of these tools with pupils. Moreover, you have the possibility to develop solutions for challenges you are currently facing. The exchange with other participants also plays an important role.
