Inhalt / Contenu
This interactive workshop presents a model for teachers of all subjects (including languages, mathematics, natural and social sciences, physical education and the arts) to encourage student creativity in the curriculum. This unique model is based on my research with students and teachers, against the backdrop of the creativity literature. The workshop explores what creativity is (and what it is not!), how students' creativity develops as they grow older, and the extent that creativity can be taught to young people. In addition, we examine how careful consideration of the classroom environment, both physical and social, can significantly encourage students' creativity.
