The participants will learn about the essence of embodied self-awareness through practical and embodied strategies and actionable insights, its relation to self-care and work-life / school-life balance and exploring their relevance in both personal and educational contexts.

The participants will be able to implement these concepts in their daily lives, promote longevity and prevent burnout.
Posture
The participants will tailor these principles to their individual needs, apply them effectively in their daily lives, integrate self-care practices and establish healthy boundaries.

Through a mix of theoretical insights in presentation, discussions and practical exercises, participants will gain actionable tools to foster resilience, well-being and sustained effectiveness in their roles within the educational community.
