Zielsetzung / Objectifs
Knowledge
Participants understand:
- different approaches how to make decisions for themselves
- how they took decisions in the past and reflect on them
- how we often take decisions
- the influence of our experience and mind on making decisions
- the "Affektbilanz" to identifiy resistance and consent
- the "decision matrix" as a rational method of making decisions.
Skills
Participants will be able to:
- reflect their own behaviour in decision-making processes
- identify why it is difficult for them to make decisions in specific situations
- use the different approaches in their own decision-making process
- reflect the different approaches and their use for their own decision-making processes.
Attitudes
Participants will:
- reflect their own behaviour
- exchange with other participants
- are open for new and different approaches
- are open to try out the different approaches together.
Inhalt / Contenu
We make many decisions every day. Most of them unconsciously. But there are also decisions that we have to or want to make consciously. This is not always easy. Sometimes we are faced with dilemmas. This seminar shows different approaches to making decisions. You will also have the opportunity to apply them directly to one of your next (or past) decisions.

The training will make use of audio-visual recordings.

Un microphone et une caméra sont indispensables pour y participer (PC ou ordinateur portable, pas d'iPad ni de smartphone (fonctionnalité limitée)). La caméra doit être allumée pendant toute la durée.
