Public speaking strikes fear into the hearts of most people and yet most of us, either at work or socially, are asked to stand and present to an audience. Everybody can be good at public speaking, but most don’t know where to start to improve.

This seminar uses an engaging-style approach to becoming a better presenter.

Zielsetzung / Objectifs

Knowledge
Participants understand:
- what constitutes a confident voice
- what your body language says about you
- what an audience looks for.

Skills
Participants will be able to:
- speak with confidence
- have good and strong gestures
- keep an audience engaged.

Attitudes
Participants will:
- feel comfortable on stage
- not be distracted by fear of public speaking
- speak naturally on stage.

Arbeitsformen / Approche méthodologique

As a seminar, we encourage participants to explore their boundaries in real life.
This three hour seminar will build on the theory of Public Speaking to give you the tools to present exceptionally.
