Kontext / Contexte
Cooperation between formal and non-formal education has many nuances. For the child, the cooperation between the two educational teams means a reinforcement of his/her competences with the help of different pedagogical and methodological approaches. For both teams, the cooperation brings organizational challenges in everyday life.
From the beginning of the school year 2022-2023, two teams are going to share pedagogical spaces and consult each other on activities and projects. This close collaboration requires clear communication, organization and understanding.
Zielsetzung / Objectifs
Knowledge
The participants will know:
- the basics of the respective educational approaches (non-formal education, formal education)
- methods to analyse their own cooperation
- the strengths and development potentials of their cooperation
- the goals, milestones and next steps in cooperation
- the possibilities of the 3 C's: cooperation, coordination, communication.
Know-how
The participants will be able to:
- reflect constructively and critically on their cooperation so far
- develop strengths and development potentials in the joint work
- expand cooperation and communication potentials
- deal with challenging situations in a solution-oriented way.
Posture
The participants will:
- advocate the development of quality in cooperation
- (re)discover their possibilities for action and expand them
- activate resources and seek the best possible ways in dialogue
- recognise and respect their own possibilities and limits and those of others.
Inhalt / Contenu
A good cooperation is an important factor for the children to feel comfortable and to be able to develop their educational potential. But it also makes work and life easier for everyone else involved.
An efficient cooperation is an ongoing process that requires talking, planning and putting into practice.
