The evaluation system in Accredited European schools (Code : A-a-25-EF-ES-EEALV)

Kontext / Contexte

In Accredited European Schools the evaluation is part of the audit with regard to the organisational and to the classroom level. This training presents the curriculum with a special attention on the 8 key competence the school has to integrate in every subject. In addition, the trainers introduce different forms of assessments and learning support for students.

Zielsetzung / Objectifs

Knowledge
The participants will learn:
- the curriculum of the Accredited European School and the 8 key competences
- how to organise the timetables
- what kind of assessments are possible with regards to evaluation requirements
- what kind of learning support for the students is possible.

Know-how
The participants will be able to:
- develop and apply innovative evaluation methods on classroom level to assess their students' performances
- integrate the 8 key competences into the daily learning with the students from P1 to the final exams.

Posture
The participants will be aware that an innovative way of organising timetables entails innovative forms of assessment.
